Production Process
Our production process consists of five unique steps:
1. Pre-Production
/ Analysis:
The first phase of the Web design process begins with brainstorming
between you and
JespersDesigns.com. We get a sense of your needs, and
conceptualize a site interface and architecture to fit them. This
step also includes defining budgets and costs, establishing a project
schedule, and collecting information.
2. Design:
There are three stages to this
part of the process: Rounds I, II and III. In Round I, we present you with
a couple of distinct design alternatives. Based
on your feedback, we return with a single design in Round II. By assigning
your project a space in our staging area, you can follow the
production through each stage of development. After additional
feedback, any final adjustments or refinements are finalized in Round III.

3. Implementation:
Once the design direction has
been chosen, the rest of the site is designed and rendered in HTML, using
any additional necessary coding and programming. At the end of this step,
you are presented with a working version of the site.

4. Beta Testing:
The completed version of the
site is presented for testing. You evaluate the
site, and we make any necessary changes to the content. After a viewing of the corrected site, all final
modifications are launched.
5. Site Launch / Delivery:
The completed site is launched, and the site is yours. Any
content updates
are made at a later time according to a predetermined
maintenance schedule.
